What a Magic-Pak Is
A Magic-Pak is an all-in-one heating and cooling unit that lives inside the apartment or condo it serves, usually in a closet or alcove, venting through the exterior wall. No ductwork between units. No outdoor condenser. Every unit in the building runs its own system.
M-Series units pair a furnace with air conditioning. V-Series units are all-electric heat pumps. Both are workhorses, and both wear out the same way anything does after 15 or 20 Minnesota winters.
Because they sit inside the living space and behave differently than residential central systems, a lot of HVAC companies simply will not touch them. That leaves building owners calling around while a tenant sits without heat. That is the gap we cover.

Walkthrough & Match
We confirm the model, size, and fuel type of what is in the wall today, check the sleeve and electrical, and quote the swap before anything is ordered.
The Swap
The old unit comes out and the new one goes in through the same opening. The mess stays in the closet, and the tenant gets their space back fast.
Test & Hand Off
Heat, cooling, airflow, and drainage all verified before we leave. The owner or manager gets a straight report on what was done.
