How much does furnace repair cost in the Twin Cities?
Most furnace repairs run $300–$500 including parts and labor. We always provide upfront pricing before any work begins — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Do you charge for estimates?
We charge a diagnostic fee to come out and identify the problem. That fee is applied toward any repair we perform, so it effectively becomes free if you move forward.
How much does a new furnace cost?
Every home is different, so we quote furnace installs in your home after a free assessment. We offer three tiers, Entry, High-Efficiency and Premium, and the quote covers equipment and installation together, in writing, before any work starts.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing options on equipment installations. Ask us about current terms when you request your estimate.
Why are repair prices online but installs are quoted?
Because we believe you deserve to know what things cost before you're standing in your basement with a broken furnace. Repairs, diagnostics and maintenance are priced the same in every home, so those are published. A new system depends on your home, the sizing, the ductwork and the venting, so that number comes from a visit, in writing, before any work starts.

How often should I get my furnace serviced?
Once a year, ideally in early fall before you need it. An annual tune-up catches small problems before they become expensive failures and keeps your equipment running at peak efficiency.
What is the difference between the $80 diagnostic and the $169 Super Clean?
The $80 diagnostic visit is for when something is wrong. A technician finds the problem and quotes the fix, and the $80 goes toward the repair when you go ahead with it. The $169 Super Clean is the tune-up: one visit that covers both the furnace and the AC. Burners come out, the blower wheel gets cleaned, both coils are flushed, and everything is measured. It's especially valuable if your AC has that musty "dirty sock" smell.
Do you handle both heating and cooling?
Yes. We service and install furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-split systems across the Twin Cities metro.
How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
A good rule: if a repair costs more than half the price of a new unit, and your equipment is over 10–12 years old, replacement usually makes more financial sense. We'll always give you an honest recommendation — we don't push replacements when repairs are the right call.
Do you service all brands?
We service most major brands. For new installations, we lead with GE equipment — that's our GE Elite Partner line with the 12-year warranty — plus Goodman, Daikin, and Carrier where they fit better.

What is the GE Elite Partner warranty?
As a GE Elite Partner, we offer a 12-year parts and 12-year labor warranty on qualifying equipment — plus a lifetime heat exchanger warranty. This is one of the strongest warranties available in the Twin Cities.
What if I have a problem after a repair?
We stand behind our work. If a repair we performed fails, call us and we'll make it right.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed with the State of Minnesota, bonded, and insured. Our technicians hold EPA Universal and NATE certifications.
