Offer Terms.

These terms govern the promotions, discounts, service packages, and membership offered by Temperstead Heating & Air (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, purchasing, or redeeming any offer, you agree to these terms. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where a specific offer term conflicts with the general Terms, the offer term controls for that offer.

1. General Offer Terms

• •Offers are for residential customers within our Twin Cities service area.
• •Pricing assumes a standard, accessible residential system in serviceable condition. Non-standard, oversized, commercial, or neglected/inaccessible equipment may require a custom quote.
• •The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies. Advertised prices may change at any time.
• •One offer per customer per visit unless stated otherwise. Offers cannot be combined unless we agree in writing.
• •Offers are available for a limited time and may be modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time.
• •We may decline, modify, or revoke an offer where there is misrepresentation, abuse, or attempted misuse.

2. The Comfort Club (Membership)

• •The Comfort Club has a 6-month minimum. You can pay $27/month (billed monthly, with a 6-month minimum) or $297 once for a full year. There is no prepaid 6-month option — to pay in advance, choose the annual plan.
• •After the initial 6-month minimum, the membership continues month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.
• •Early cancellation: if you cancel before completing the initial 6-month minimum, the member-priced and complimentary services you have already received (including tune-ups, waived service/diagnostic/after-hours fees, and repair discounts) will be re-billed at standard non-member rates, less the membership dues you have already paid.
• •Membership covers one furnace and one air conditioner per household; each additional system is $8/month.
• •Included tune-ups are scheduled by us at the appropriate time of year (AC in spring, furnace in fall), require reasonable access to the equipment, and do not carry over or convert to cash if unused.
• •Filters provided are standard sizes; specialty or custom filters may incur an additional charge.
• •The $100/year loyalty credit applies only toward a new system installation by us, has no cash value, and does not accumulate beyond the year earned.
• •Membership benefits are non-transferable, except to a new owner of the same residence at our discretion.

3. The Pays-For-Itself Guarantee

If the total value of the services and discounts you use as a member is less than the dues you have paid, we will credit the difference toward future service. The guarantee applies to active members in good standing who have used their included tune-ups, and has no cash value.

4. Tune-Ups & The Super Clean

• •The $169 Super Clean covers one air conditioner and one furnace in a single scheduled visit and includes a written report.
• •Additional or oversized systems are priced separately.
• •Tune-ups are maintenance services and do not include parts, refrigerant, or repairs. Any issues found are quoted separately for your approval before work proceeds.

5. Seasonal Offers

• •Winter Super Clean ($145): available during the winter season only; includes one complimentary spring AC start-up check, redeemable once per household the following spring, by appointment.
• •Summer-Ready AC Tune-Up ($169, or included with an active Comfort Club membership): available while offered during the cooling season.

6. Repairs

• •A diagnostic fee applies to repair visits and is credited toward the repair if you proceed with the recommended work.
• •Quoted “most repairs” ranges reflect common, standard repairs; major repairs, parts replacement, or uncommon issues are quoted separately for your approval.
• •Comfort Club members receive a waived diagnostic fee and 15% off repairs as described in the membership.

7. Installations & Estimates

• •In-home replacement estimates are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• •Installation pricing depends on the equipment selected, system size, and site conditions, and is confirmed in your written estimate before any work begins.
• •The 12-year parts, 12-year labor, and lifetime heat-exchanger warranty applies to qualifying GE Elite-tier equipment installed and registered by us; warranty coverage is governed by the manufacturer’s terms.
• •Financing is available through our financing partner, subject to credit approval; your exact terms are disclosed in full before you commit.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these offer terms at any time. The version in effect when you book an offer applies to that offer, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
